kankada tarkari

Kankada tarkari/ କାଙ୍କଡ଼ ତରକାରୀ.

I love this curry so much, initially Soumya never used to this vegetable, Once Bou came to Bengaluru after our marriage and she had made this curry. From that day Soumya slowly started to like this vegetable, specially this curry.

I’m never a picky eater and that credit goes to my bou, the same thing I want to do for my little one.  Bou was like a magician for me, whatever she made I love them. I don't know how the simple bhaja also tastes so different when bou used to make it. Is it her cooking skill or her love which made it special, I always wonder? I always tried to cook like her, but it never matches to her.
