Kanduri Patua/ କନ୍ଦୁରି ପତୁଆ If you are following my feed, then you definietly know how much I love hassle free recipes. And Patua are those kind of cooking technique which needs only few ingredients and less time. Just mix everything ,cover and cook them in slow fame. The fasicanting things about Patua has it holds all the flavours and goodness.

Ingredients:-

 Sl. no Item Quantity
 1 Kunduri/ Ivy gourd 200gm
 2 Potato 1
 3 Mustard seeds 2 tsp
 4 Poppy seeds 2 tsp
 5 Cumin seeds 1 tsp
 6 Dry chilly powder 1 tsp
 7 Turmeric powder ½ tsp
 8 Green chilly 1/2
 9 Garlic pods 5/6
 10 Salt  as per taste
 11 Mustard oil 2 tbsp

Method:-
Cut the Ivy gourd/ kunduri in long strips.
Cut the potatoes also in long strips.. keep aside.
Make a fine paste of mustard, cumin, poppy seeds, garlic n green chillies.
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
Heat little bit oil in a Kadai,add Panchaphutan into this and allow to crackle. Then immediately add all the mixed ingredients into this and cover it with lid and Cook for 20/25 minutes in low flame.
In between just check that the mixture is not sticking to the kadai.
Serve hot with steamed Rice and Daal.
