Banana Stem Cutlet

Kadali manja bara/ banana stem cutlet. Remember last time when I shared the kadali manja patrapoda recipe on my feed, that time I had mentioned how my grandmother(aka our superwoman) had mastered in making variety of dishes from this locally available n not so popular super food. Actually this Sunday one of my friend shared some fresh kadali manja/ banana stem with us which she bought from her homegrown banana plant. Thank u so much @kratikag for sharing ❣️. After a little debate over what to make out of these both me n Soumya settled down with manja bara/ banana stem cutlets. I opened the pandora recipe box of my Jejema (paternal grandmother) and while taking a walk down the memory lane and happily made them.
Childhood memories are priceless....❣️
