Sabudana Khicdi


Sabudanakhicdi is the one pot meal.its high in calicum, proteins n carbs.so if u need a fullfilling meals..then here it is๐Ÿ˜Š

Ingredients:-

1cup sabudanakhicdi
For soaking water one cup(water n sabudanakhicdi ratio should be 1:1)
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cuminseeds
1 potato
2-3 tbsp peanuts(roasted n coarsely ground)
1green chili
5-6curry leaves
Salt as per ur taste
Pinch of sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
For garnishing corriander leaves

Method:- Wash sabudana properly until the water turns clear,then transfer it into a big bowl n add 1 cup water to it.soaked it for overnight or minimum 4-6 hrs.Then heat oil in a  pan on medium heat,once the oil is heat,add cuminseeds n sizzle for few seconds.Then add chopped chilli n chopped potatoes(Chopped the potatoes in small pieces,so that it easily Cook),then add sabudana n peanuts here & Cook for 2-3 minutes.Then add curryleaves, salt n sugar.Mix until it combined well.Add lemon juice . Remove  the pan from heat.Do not overcooked it.Garnish with corriander leaves n serve it.
