Lauki Pakora


Lauki /bottle gourd , one of the healthy vegetable. It has multiple health benefits.but today I give  this healthy vegetable little bit twist .. makes pakaro/pakodi/ bhaji/ bonda.. anything u can called it..so here is the recipe
Ingredients:-
Bottle gourd- 1 cup
1 onion
Besan/Gramflour-1 cup
Rice flour-2 tbsp
Hing-1 pinch
Turmeric/Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Green chilli chopped
Corriander leaves chopped
Salt
Oil- for deep frying
Method:-
In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients ,if required add little more besan to it ,check the consistency .it should be thick ,so that round shape can be formed. Heat oil in a kadai,when  oil reaches smoking point low down the heat and fry them in a round shape. Fry them in low heat, till they turn crispy n brown. Takeout the pakora on a tissue paper from oil. Serve them with your favorite sauce or chutney 
