Now when Diwali was over officially .. After bingeing  on all the sweets and fried foods (honestly speaking I ate quite a lot 😅..and also put on some weight 🙄 ) so it's time go for a Post diwali detox and back to routines. I always believes detox doesn't means one should go for starvings or go on liquid diet , it's like one should eat healthy food which are light on stomach.. food like our regular simple food ricedal , khicdi ,rice and dalma, or Kadhi chawal.. so here I presenting the most loved and comfort food for me 💕 is #kadhichawal

Ingredients:-
1 1/4 cup sour curd
3 tbsp gram flour
1 tsp oil
4 red chilies
1 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch of asafetida
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
5 - 6 curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2/3 cup water
Salt to taste

Method:-
Take a big mixing bowl, whisk sour curd with gram flour and water.
Make a smooth mixture without any lumps.
Add red chili powder, turmeric and salt.
Heat oil in a kadai, add mustardseeds and asafetida. 
When mustard seeds start to crackle add dry chili, curry leaves and crushed garlic. 
Stir well and add the sour curd mixer with one hand while stirring constantly with the other hand. 
Do not stop stirring otherwise lumps will form. 
Now lower the heat stir constantly till it starts boiling. 
Let it simmer for 10 -15 minute on low heat or till the kadhi gets thickened.
