Ingredients:–
cabbage – 1 medium
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1inch
Garlic – 15 cloves
Tomato –1
Green peas – 250gm
Carrot –1
Potato – 1
Dry chili – 1pc
Panchaphutana -1tps
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilly powder –1 tsp
Mustard oil – 4btps
Salt -As per requirement
Method:–
*Chopped cabbage into thin slices. Also cut the potatoes & carrot into small cube sizes.
* Cut the onion (100gm) into thin slices and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
*Make a paste ginger & garlic .
*Heat oil in a Kadai, add panchaphutana & drychill and Allow to spluttering.
*Then add the onion slices and fry it till it turns light brown.
*Add the ginger-garlic paste to it and stir it. Fry this paste over medium flame until it begins turning a light brown.
*Add chopped tomatoes and continue to fry till the paste is well cooked. Add salt, turmeric powder & red chilly powder into this.
*Then add the cabbage, potatoes, carrots & green peas and stir it properly.
* Cover and cook it in a medium flame till the cabbage and other veggies tender cooked . Enjoy it with Roti.
