Nimba phula bhaja



Oh my god,can't express my happiness when I got them after so much   struggle. 
Now days it's easier to find imported veggies/ fruits but difficult to find our local veggies which we  used to eat in our childhood . Sometimes I think our childhood was way much better than from our kids childhood. We were more connected to our Mother  nature . We played in mud ,in rain but never worried about any infections or any virus..now I realised that's because of our eating habits , our mother's or granny make sure we are eating good local and seasonal produce food which helps to build our immunity power. 
If you are lucky enough to find them,surely try this atleast early once..so here's receipe:-
Ingrediants:-
Neem Flower - 1 cup
Potato- 1
Onion- 2
Brinjal- 1
Green Chilly- 1
Panchaphutan- 1 tsp
 Asafoetida- a pinch
A pinch of Turmeric- a pinch
Salt, as per taste
Method:-
1.Chop the potato,brinjal and onion into small cubes. 
2.Heat a pan ,add oil then add asafoetida & Panchaphutan .
3.When it starts spluttering, add onion, brinjal, potato and  green chilly. Add salt and turmeric. 
4.Saute till the vegetables is well cooked and soft. Cover it with a lid . Stir occassionally.
5.Add the neem flowers and fry for about few minutes then switch off the flame. 6.Enjoy it simple Rice and daal or "Dahipakhala".
