Chini Paratha

ଚିନି ପରଠା/ Chini Paratha... Well it's a nostalgic post for me.May be some may have omheard about this for first time and wondering what this is but m sure every Odia knows about this..specially 80s and 90s kid surely have their memories attached with this..when Jam and spreads were a dream for us . We had chini Paratha, paniya guda n roti and last but not least bread n milkpowder to compete with all these fancy spreads and jam which are available now in market.. so ,when the  theme for @theodiafoodtrails  came to minimal cooking ,this is the first dish which crossed my mind. It needs very basic things like Atta, sugar n gheee . after a long time I made these  for our breakfast with a cup of hot tea.. so here's the recipe
Ingredients:-
Whole wheat flour/ Atta - 3 cup
Water  -for kneading
Sugar - as required
Ghee- 3 tbsp
Salt- a pinch
Method:-
1.Knead the atta with the little bit ghee, salt n required water, make a smooth dough.keep aside for atleast 15/20 minutes.
2.Pull small dumplings from the dough and roll on them with sprinkle some atta and make a circle like how we make normal paratha.
3. Now sprinkle some sugar over the circle paratha and fold it into a  half circle. Again one more fold make it like a triangle then roll on and flip onto a tawa/ griddle.
4. Grease the paratha with a some ghee and cook it properly from the  both sides and serve hot.
