Suji Nadia ladoo

Suji Nadia ladoo:- Post every festival, this is the  scene of my home, it's becomes a rituals to  makes coconut ladoos with those left over puja  coconuts, sometime I add nuts powder  or sometimes suji  and this time it's Suji Nadia ladoo. so, here's the recipe.


Ingredients: -

Method: - 


Heat ghee in a pan, add suji into this and roast for few minutes in a low flame, then add shredded coconut into this and again fry for few minutes till the coconut changes colour.


Add the condensed milk into this and stir for 5-8 min without burning the bottom.


Add cardamom powder and mix well such that the mixture is uniform across. Keep on low flame for few minutes. Until the mixture thickens a bit. (Note: -In this stage, add dry fruits n nuts if you want)


Allow the mixture to cool down. Grease your hands with little ghee and shape them into uniform balls.
