Chanadal ka pakoda


Monsoon season is going on, so at tea time we Indians must need some hot n crispy pakoda. Without Chai and pakoda our monsoon can't be complete..so here is the amazing pakoda recipe.

Ingredients:-
1 Cup Split Bengal Gram Soaked
1 Pcs Onion Finely chopped
1/2 inch Ginger Chopped
1/2 inch mango ginger chopped (optional)
2 Pcs Green Chilii Chopped
2 Tbsps Coriander leaves Chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for Deep Frying

Method:-
Drain dal and coarsely grind the dal . Transfer into a bowl. Add Chopped onions, green chilli, ginger, mango ginger, corriander leaves, salt and mix well.

Now take small portion of the mixture and flatten slightly and deep fry them in a hot oil.

Deep fry them till they are done and take out on an absorbent paper. Serve Hot with green chutney and  hot masaldar chai.
