Baby potatoes masala

ଛୋଟ୍ଆଳୁ ମସଲା/ Baby potatoes masala... Don’t these Baby potatoes look cute? Garam garam roti and this masala baby potatoes are best options for  winter dinner/ lunch. Potatoes are like my saviour whenever I have any doubts.The best thing about potatoes is , just  add  potato in any vegetable, it simply increases the taste and flavour of the dish..I know these days most people  avoid potatoes as much as possible but you can't separate Potatoes/aloo from Odia cusinies..we Odia people love our potatoes in each and every form.. be it in our simple vegetarian recipes or in our famous mutton/ chicken/ fish or even in prawn  curry.. without potatoes  there's no Jhola/ curry complete. 
Here's the recipe 😊:-
Ingredients   :-
Baby potatoes:- 1/2 kg boiled and peeled
Panchaphutan:-1 tsp
Cumin powder :- 1tsp
Coriander powder:- 1 tsp
4-5 Dried red chilies whole:- 4/5
Turmeric powder:-½ tsp
Red chili powder :- 1 tsp
Coriander powder :-½ tsp
Salt as per taste
Mustard Oil:-2 Tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Tomato:- 1 chopped
Onion :- 2/3 chopped
Ginger paste:- ½ tsp
Garlic paste:- ½ tsp
Method:- 
1.Heat oil in a pan or kadhai
2.Add Panchaphutan and dry red chillies, allow it to crackle.
3.Now, add chopped, fry for few seconds until it turns golden brown.
4.Then, add garlic - ginger paste , fry for few seconds.
5.Now, add chopped tomatoes sautee for few seconds,let the masalas cooked properly.
6.Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder,coriander powder, salt, sautee for another minute
7.Then add boiled baby potatoes, sauté for few seconds and toss well
8.Finally add coriander leaves and toss.
9.Spicy baby potatoes are ready to serve.😊 Goes very well with Roti/ paratha / Poori or plain steamed rice,Dali combination.
