Panasa Katha tarkari/ Raw jackfruit curry... Imagine this curry with plain steamed rice.. Ahhh 😍.. This is my first time eat pansa katha tarkari for this year..and I know the season for this  is almost going, but what to do,but somehow ..... Got these beauties from  our local veggie shop ..When soumya went out for our vegetables...and he knows how much I love them.....Every time I make them, I get a  bit emotional about my bou(my mother ). She always  made the best pansa katha tarkari in this whole world... The thin gravy with the right amount of pounded garammasala makes it the out of the world.. so here's her recipe ...
