Apple muffins

It's Time for Apple muffins..! Amazing healthy apple muffins made with whole wheat flour! My little one loves muffins, for me it's also easy to make & convenient to have around to pop in lunch box or after school treat. I try my best to make or give something delicious & nutritious. I am not a baker though but after  learned little bit about baking,i usually don't bought those store  muffins, because they are packed with lots of artificial flavoring ,sugar and fat. And muffins are always forgiving- despite spills, lumps in batter & occasionally missed ingredients, they always come out nice. I never  had a batch turn out  horrible, so i always focus on having a great time with my little one ❤️  so here is the recipe for 12 muffins...please let me know how you like these muffins in the comments..I love to hear from you guys ☺️

1 ¾ cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda

¼ cup Butter
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract

Take all dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt and  sugar) in a bowl.
In another bowl, take all wet ingredients (butter, buttermilk, yogurt, condensed milk, vanilla). Whisk well using wire whisk.
Add dry flour mixture. Mix well, in the beginning use whisk and half way through switch to spatula.
Add grated apples. Fold them in the batter.
Put the batter into muffins molds cups.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or till the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes then remove it to wire rack for cool completely or cool to touch
