Ingredients:-
Prawn- 500 gm
Ginger- garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder- 1tbsp
Garam masala powder- ½tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -½ tsp
Black peper powder-½ tsp
Cornflour -1 tbsp
Riceflour- 1 tbsp
Green chillies- 2 (finely chopped)
Lemon juice- 1tbsp
Curry leaves - 10/15 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves- few finely chopped
Salt - to taste
Oil- for fry
Method:-
1.Remove the shell n cut the upper side and remove the black vein from all the prawns .Clean and wash it properly.
2.Add all the rest ingredients and mix it well.
3.leave it for atleast 20/30 minutes,let the masala goes inside the prawns.
4.Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated prawns and fry them in batches on medium flame .
5. Fry them for 8/10 minutes ,till they turns into golden brown colour.serve it hot.
