Food and memories go hand in hand, every food has its own story to tell us.. Sometimes those memories are associated with our family, some with our friends and some takes us back to our childhood times.... So bara n guguni memories always take me back to my Aai ghare gaon ( maternal grandmother's village) When I was a kid,me and all my cousin sisters n brothers went there for our summer vacations, literally it felt like some kind of festival was going on and food was the integral part of that celebration , every evening, Aai used to make varities of snack items...but my fav was biri bara n ghuguni..Aai would always make these tiny size of bara with a thin gravy of ghuguni , topped with some chopped onions n greenchillies , that used to taste like heaven. I ate bara n ghuguni in many places..from small roadside stall to a big Resturant ,but the taste has never matched to my Aai haath bara, Always wonder why that tasted so different n so flavourful , may be it's her love with which she served us, which makes it different n unique . So here's the recipe 🤗
