Today I prepare this traditional  pitha called" Arisha pitha" for offering Bhoga to my house Bhagabanji. Arisha,is Part of Sukhila Mahaprasad ,Basically a  crispy sweet dish made of rice flour kneaded in sugar/jaggery syrup & topped with sesame seeds. The crispy outside n delightfully soft inside makes it a unique combination. So Here is the recipe ☺️..

  2. Jaggery/sugar -1/2 kg
  3. Oil/ Ghee - 1kg
  4. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Sesame seeds -1/2 cup

  2. Keep stirring it until you get a slightly sticky consistency.
  3. When the jaggery melts, add cardamom powder and slowly add small quantities rice flour. Continue to cook so that no lumps are formed.
