Stir fry vegetables


Someday are lazy kind of day ... not want to do anything or not want to elaborate the lunch menu, so here is the saviour of mine.. Stir fry Vegetables 😋😋 Healthy n colorful...

Ingredients:-
1 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 redchilli chopped
500g mixed vegetables of your choice ( broccoli,carrot, mushrooms,babycorn, bellpepper and any vegetables of your choice)
1½ Black pepper powder

Method:-
First blanched all the vegetables for 5 min..

Heat the butter in a large frying pan or wok,then fry the chilli and garlic for 1 min

Add the veg and toss to coat in the butter. Fry for 2-3 mins, then add the black pepper powder mixing well. until the vegetables coat well.
