Egg curry


I love eggs in all manner. This Anda masala/ egg curry one of favorite. It’s easy and delicious. And we all know Eggs have numerous health benefits..so what are you waiting, go n try this recipe.

Ingredients:-
  • 6 boiled egg
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 onions(chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 6/7 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 cup refined oil
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 Bay leave
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 cardamom
  • Salt as per taste
Method:-
First peel the boiled eggs . Heat oil in a pan & saute the eggs until golden. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, cinnamon & cardamom.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat ,add one bay leave and onions.
When onion browns, add ginger n garlic masala  paste. Stir-fry for a minute.
Add all the dry masala, stir then add the tomatoes and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Add ½ cup water, cover the pan and cook until the tomatoes becomes soft.
Add the eggs and simmer it for few minutes.
